Wine - The winemakers

Artisan winemakers Giulio and Luca, two friends who have been reclaiming abandoned vineyards since 2015, call themselves "vineyard restorers." They work sustainably and with minimal intervention, using spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts to create natural, authentic wines with a strong territorial character. Their first harvest was in 2018, resulting in micro-productions such as Diciannove, Casale dei Ceci, and Rio dello Spineto.
