Alice and Tamara are two women who have chosen to grow vegetables using the synergistic gardening technique: no plowing, always covered soil, intercropping and crop rotation that let nature do its work. The soil stays alive thanks to mulch, compost, and beneficial microorganisms; water is used sparingly, and pollinating insects are allies, not transient guests.

We sow and harvest by hand, only in season, without chemicals. The result? Crisper vegetables, clean flavors, and a freshness that speaks of the field. We work with a short supply chain.
