Characteristics

It is made from beans processed in a simple way: cooked to perfection and emulsified until a silky cream, with minimal seasoning to let the flavour of the legume speak for itself.

On the palate it is soft and harmonious: fresh green and herbaceous notes, a hint of almond typical of the broad bean and a rounded finish that invites a second spread.

How to enjoy it

In the kitchen, it's a real all-rounder: perfect on bruschetta and focaccia, with crunchy vegetables in dips, in pita or piadina, in cereal bowls and salads, or to add creaminess to sandwiches (even with delicate cured meats) and fillings.

Ingredients: broad beans 82%, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, spices, thyme, marjoram.
Preparation: cooked and blended broad beans; cold emulsion; basic recipe.
Storage: After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.
