This jam is born from a simple and brilliant idea: transforming the traditional Umbrian sweet wine, Vernaccia di Cannara, into a delicate, fragrant, and profound sweetness. Produced in small batches, it has a soft and velvety texture, with a natural balance and a light vinous note.

How to enjoy it

It is perfect paired with the pecorino cheeses selected by Hammm , or to enhance a platter, a crostini or a special breakfast.
