Handcrafted workmanship
The preparation is entrusted to expert hands that respect ancient techniques: salting that follows the weight of the ham, washing it with white wine that delicately perfumes the surface, and the final addition of black pepper that protects and enriches the aromatic profile.
Seasoning
It matures for at least 20 months, up to over 3 years, in environments suitable for slow and natural maturation.
How to enjoy it
Thinly sliced and served at room temperature, the prosciutto con troppo releases intense aromas and a unique tenderness. Ideal on its own, with rustic bread or Umbrian torta al testo. Enjoy it with a nice glass of Rio dello Spineto pure Sangiovese .
