The olive grove

It is an extra virgin olive oil obtained from olives grown on sunny hills near Assisi, olive groves tended by hand without the use of substances external to the natural cycle, allowing nature to guide the cycle of the seasons.

Taste

With a fresh, vegetal aroma, it offers herbaceous and almond notes, with a balanced and slightly spicy taste.
